Due to the nature of instant download and embroidery designs.
All sales are final.
There will be no refunds for the wrong size bought or wrong file format due to the digital nature of these files however if you do have any issues please contact me with your concerns and I will work with you to resolve the issues. All of my files have been tested and approved prior to putting into the shop, it is recommended that you sample the file prior to final goods being embroidered.
These are not physical items and if you purchase thinking they are no refund is given.

Our store sells only downloadable goods embroidery patterns, which can be downloaded after payment.
